Stem cells are emerging as an attractive option because of their intrinsic ability vectors for drug delivery to diseased tissues. The term stem or was first introduced by a Russian histologist, Alexander Maksimov (1874-1928). purpose this study is describe the research and development cell applications stroke. This literature (review article) regarding (stem cells) in stroke which has been discussed several scientific journals. From articles that have collected giving people with stroke, namely bone marrow. MSC (Mesenchymal Cell) multipotent from marrow Adult SPM its high applicability. Bone rich source hematopoietic so it can be applied patients.
